By creating an account or using SlimTrack™, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English — not to obscure anything, but to be genuinely clear about how this service works.
SlimTrack™ is a personal tracking application designed to help individuals monitor their GLP-1 medication journey, including weight, dosage, and wellness metrics.
SlimTrack™ is operated by Nadia Blanco, trading as SlimTrack™, a sole trader registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").
SlimTrack™ is a personal tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult your doctor or prescribing clinician regarding your medication and health.
No content within SlimTrack™ — including charts, summaries, or in-app copy — should be interpreted as clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SlimTrack™. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@slimtrack.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.
SlimTrack™ operates on a freemium model. Free accounts have access to core features. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by UK consumer law.
If you cancel, your account reverts to the free tier at the end of your paid period. Your data is retained unless you explicitly request deletion.

You own your data. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating SlimTrack™. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting hello@slimtrack.app.
SlimTrack™, its design, codebase, copy, and all associated trademarks are the intellectual property of Nadia Blanco. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service as a subscriber. No rights are transferred to you beyond this.
We aim to keep SlimTrack™ available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlimTrack™ and Nadia Blanco are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including health decisions made on the basis of data tracked within the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SlimTrack™ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
